Rite-Temp carries the SMARTFLOW line of aluminum manifolds, manufactured south of Kansas City, Missouri. Each manifold starts as a proprietary aluminum extrusion — cut to length, then individually machined and polished before receiving a hard-coat anodize finish in red (supply) and blue (return).
Quality checks throughout the manufacturing process ensure consistent port geometry and finish quality. The result is a manifold that distributes chilled water or process fluid evenly across multiple circuits with minimal pressure drop — and color-coded clearly enough that anyone can tell supply from return at a glance.
Red anodized manifolds designate supply circuits; blue designates return. Instant visual identification reduces installation errors and speeds up future service calls.
