Rite-temp
is proud to announce that we have developed a new
chiller with the dry cleaning industry in mind. For
the first time in 72 years, Rite-temp is offering an
open style tank instead of our traditional
forty-gallon closed cylinder as a standard model
rather than a custom order unit.
The new ETL listed DCS line of chillers offers a
rectangular-shaped stainless steel tank with our
time tested coil in tank design. This is the same
coil that has been used in every Rite-temp chiller
manufactured since 1948. As with all other Rite-temp
chillers, it is produced from the ground up in our
factory here in Northwest Arkansas.
The new DCS chiller line is available in 6, 8, 10,
and 12 tons. The advantage of the new open tank is
that it allows for a larger volume of water in the
tanks. Our DCS-6-230 (six-ton) comes with an
82-gallon reservoir. The DCS-8, 10, and 12 models
have a 105-gallon tank that they share in common.
Since all tanks come with removable lids, they can
be easily cleaned and serviced. The new tanks come
fully insulated to help with efficiency. Along with
our new open tank, you will still get the best
components available in the industry. And, as with
our RT series, we use Copeland compressors, Sporlan
valves, and our custom-built condenser fan motor by
Baldor electric. Sta-rite pumps keep water moving
from our chiller to your cleaning machines so that
you can focus on taking care of your customer's
needs rather than worrying about your equipment.
